1. About Us
This website is owned and operated by Yesaswi Spirituals (a proprietary trading concern operated by Yesaswi Global Traders), a business based at Guraja Village, Eluru District, Andhra Pradesh, India — 534320. All references to "we", "us", "our", "Yesaswi" or "Yesaswi Spirituals" on this site refer to the same entity.
2. Products & Availability
- We sell handcrafted devotional and puja essentials — diyas, agarbatti, kumkum, malas, ghee, puja vastram and related items. Every product image and description is provided in good faith, but small variations in colour, weight, aroma and finish are natural for handmade goods and are not defects.
- Stock availability is displayed on each product page. In rare cases where an item goes out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you and either offer an alternate variant or issue a full refund.
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices without notice; the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.
3. Orders & Payment
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion (for example, in case of stock issues, suspected fraud, or delivery address restrictions).
- We accept UPI, major debit and credit cards, net-banking and Cash on Delivery (COD) across serviceable pin codes in India. All online payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partners; we do not store your card / UPI credentials on our servers.
- Once payment is confirmed, an order confirmation is emailed to you. If a payment fails but money is debited from your account, the amount is automatically refunded by the payment gateway within 5–7 working days.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines, charges and courier partners are described in detail on our Shipping Policy page. In short: metro cities receive orders in 2–4 business days and the rest of India in 4–7 business days. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹1,499.
5. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Please refer to our detailed Refund Policy. In summary: unopened items in original condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Perishable items (ghee, kumkum, camphor) and consecrated items opened for use are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective on arrival.
6. User Conduct
- You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of any other user.
- You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, disrupt, overload or otherwise misuse the website or our APIs.
- Reviews, testimonials and comments posted by you must be honest, in your own words, and free of defamatory, obscene, hateful or misleading content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the Yesaswi Spirituals name, logo, product photography, illustrations, text, and code — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell or modify any content without our prior written consent, other than for personal, non-commercial use.

Our site may contain links to third-party websites (payment gateways, courier tracking pages, social media, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or terms of those third-party sites.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yesaswi Spirituals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the site or our products, including but not limited to loss of profit, goodwill or data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
10. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, acts of god, government restrictions, courier strikes, internet outages or public health emergencies.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in relation to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Eluru, Andhra Pradesh.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
